At FUSION, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Place the unworn sports apparel or unused equipment in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed via your original payment method.
